The Howard Avenue Contract is located in New Haven and consists of the reconstruction of the Howard Avenue Bridge over I-95. Additional work includes the installations of a new Incident Management System (IMS) conduit on I-95 Northbound as well as work in the median and shoulders on I-95. Construction is scheduled to be completed in April 2011.
