Built as part of the I-95 New Haven Harbor Crossing Corridor Improvement Program, this $75 million contract began in the fall of 2005 and was completed 8 months ahead of schedule in the fall of 2008. The Project consisted of the approximately 1 mile of I-95 from Stiles Street to the New Haven/East Haven town line.
