Details of the contract are as follows:

  1. Widening I-95: I-95 will be reconstructed and widened through East Haven, between the New Haven/East Haven town line and the east shore of the Lake Saltonstall Bridge.

  2. Three lanes to Lake Saltonstall: Three travel lanes will be constructed from the eastern end of the Lake Saltonstall Bridge to the New Haven/East Haven town line.

  6. Laurel Street Bridge and I-95 over North High Street: Superstructure replacement and widening will take place on the Laurel Street Bridge and I-95 over North High Street.

  7. Tuttle Brook: The Tuttle Brook culvert will be replaced

  8. Farm River: The Farm River culvert will be extended.

  9. North High Street: North High Street will be widened to accommodate a turning lane onto the I-95 Northbound on-ramp.

  10. Oakley and Main Streets: The Oakley Street/Main Street intersection will be realigned.

  11. Minott Street: A cul-de-sac will be established at Minott Street.
